Include the kit name (e.g. Kit No. 01 — Keep Your Tips) and, if it's a download problem, where you bought it (Gumroad or Etsy). We aim to reply within 2 working days.

Replacement files
If you bought a kit and lost the file, email us from the address you bought with and we will send a fresh download link. No charge, no fuss.
Found a mistake?
Every kit is fact-checked against primary sources, but laws and guidance change. If you spot an error, tell us the page and what you found — corrections go to every buyer of that kit.
